2025 JOE GLUSKA INVITATIONAL FLAG TOURNAMENT
MANDATORY COACHES MEETING
Welcome member coaches! We are looking forward to the 2025 Joe Gluska Invitational Flag tournament on June 14 & 15!!!
Valder Belgrave, BCCFA Vice-president is the tournament Conflict Resolution lead. If disagreements are not resolved by the field commissioner, the issue will escalate to Valder. He will have the authority to implement coach discipline.
Coaches please be mindful that this tournament is run by volunteers and we recognize passion runs high during games. Please note that there is ZERO tolerance for verbal abuse towards referees and/or field commissioners. Coaches are responsible and accountable for their players on field and sideline conduct!

Time: 8:15pm
Location: Sandman Hotel & Suites, 2130 Harvey Avenue (conference room downstairs from the lobby)
Attendees: At least one coach per team must attend
The purpose of this meeting is for Jay Spencer, BCCFA Flag Director to provide an overview of the rules and expectations before the tournament. Our goal is to have all coaches hear the same message and to be on the same page to avoid game day disputes. This meeting also gives coaches a chance to ask questions who need clarification of rules or game day operations.
Coaches attending must sign the Coaches Code of Conduct form before the meeting. The coach in attendance is expected to share meeting information with their other team coach.
