U8-U16 - Saturday June 13th, 9am to 5pm & Sunday, June 14th 9am to 4pm

Format: 5 v 5 (Rules will be emailed with the team registration confirmation email)
Non-member Team requirements:
- Each team must have a valid insurance certificate from your home province. A scanned copy must be sent to flag@bccommunityfootball.ca on or before June 1, 2026. If you do not have team insurance you may buy individual player insurance from us during the registration process ($10 per player)
- Roster Deadline (coaches/players) - June 6, 2026
- Player identification must be uploaded during the registration process. We will verify in person the older divisions (U14, U16, U18) before the first game day begins.
- One head coach and one assistant coach permitted on the sideline. Coaches must have a valid criminal record check.
- Coaches must register (free) online, code of conduct is included then each coach must be added to your team. Instructions will be included in the team registration receipt email.
- Jerseys must have your club name/logo on the front and number on the back (home and away jerseys)
- Team Fee: $350 per team of 8 players - an additional $20 per player up to a maximum roster of 14.
- Online registration is required through our website. The team registration deadline is Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:55pm.
Divisions:
- U18 - 2009/2010 birth years; must be 16/17 on December 31, 2026.
- U16 - 2011/2012 birth years; must be 14/15 on December 31, 2026.
- U14 - 2013/2014 birth years; must be 12/13 on December 31, 2026.
- U12 - 2015/2016 birth years; must be 10/11 on December 31, 2026.
- U10 - 2017/2018 birth years; must be 8/9 on December 31, 2026.
- U8 - 2019/2020 birth years; must be 6/7 on December 31, 2026.
Mandatory Events:
- Pre-tournament Coaches meeting will be scheduled (U8, U10, U12), via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to address questions or concerns before the tournament begins.
- Pre-tournament Coaches in-person meeting (U14, U16, U18) at the Sandman Kelowna hotel.
- Non-member (U18, U16, U14 division only) in-person player identification verification more details to follow closer to the event. Each player will be given a wrist band that the team has been verified.
Accommodations & Transportation:
- We will have information and contacts for accommodations.
- We will have team transportation information for those who are not renting their own vans. The more teams that need transportation we will be able to negotiate a better school bus rate for out of town teams.
Game Day Formats:
- Day 1, the division schedules will be available on our website. End of day 1 will determine championship or consolation team placement for Day 2.
- Day 2, your field commissioner will be managing the games and we will not use our website.
Game Day Needs:
- Concession will be open for food and drinks.
- We will have first aid on site for all game days.
- Each field has a game Commissioner and referees.
- We will send out detailed information (maps etc) closer to the event.
